Chapter 1
The night of Katherine and Stefan's engagement ball.

"Stefan we can't tell him.  He hate's you.  It will destroy him!"
"Laura I have a right to get to know my son!!"
"Lucky may be your son by blood, but he's Luke's in heart and soul!  I will
not hurt my son again."
"My son hates me.  I deserve a chance to change that!"
"No, I will not let you do that to my family!"
 

"Madam, the parapet has been loosened as ordered."
"Splendid Ari.  Tonight Stefan will fall, and control of the Cassadine fortune
will revert back to me until Nikolas turns 25."
"Yes, Madam."
"Make sure Stefan goes to the parapet at midnight."
"Yes, Mrs. Cassadine."

"Lucky are you sure we should be doing this."
"Why not?  Everyone is dancing.  No one will come up here."  Elizabeth had
never been inside Wyndemere before.  Lucky had decided to rectify that
problem.
"Where are we going?"
"To the parapet."
"Why?  I really don't want to be in here.  This place gives me the creeps."
"Supposedly the parapet has a great view."
"Ok, Ok we'll go."

"Doesn't it have a great view?"
"Alright Lucky we saw the view.  Let's get out of here."
"Relax Liz what can happen."  Lucky leans against the railing with a cocky
grin on his face.   The loosened railing gives way and Lucky falls back first
onto the ground below.
"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"  Liz screams.
 

Chapter 2

Nikolas and Robin were looking for Emily outside when they heard Liz's scream.
They run over to where Lucky has fallen.
Nikolas looks down at Lucky not able to move a muscle.  Lucky is lying still
on the ground.  His right leg is bent in an awkward position.  Finally
breaking from his reverie Nikolas kneels down next to Lucky and looks up to at
the parapet and sees Liz staring down.
"Robin get help!"  Robin runs inside.
Nikolas looks down at Lucky and feels for a pulse.  He releases the breath he
wasn't aware he was holding as he feels a faint pulse.
Nikolas just sits with Lucky lost in thought.  He doesn't even notice as a
crowd gathers around him.
"Oh my god……….. Lucky!!  Nikolas, What happened?"   Bobby asks frantically.
"I don't know…..I  heard Elizabeth scream…..then Robin and I ran and saw him
lying there."
"Where is Elizabeth?"
"She is still up on the parapet." Bobby looks up and sees Liz.
"It looks like she is in shock.  Nikolas will you get her please?"
 He takes another look at Lucky being tended to by Monica, Tony, and Bobbie
and reluctantly walks inside and up the stairs.  On the way up he runs into
Laura and Stefan.
"Laura?"
"Nikolas what's wrong?"
"Lucky…he fell from the parapet.  He's unconscious."
"No…he's not here.  Why would he be?"  Laura asks not believing what she's
hearing.
"He's here.  And he doesn't look good at all."  Laura and Stefan run past
Nikolas outside to where Lucky is.

Elizabeth is still staring down at Lucky from the parapet to shocked to move.
She couldn't believe what she was seeing.   Lucky was lying motionless on the
ground as the doctors and nurses that had attended the ball were trying to
save him.
"Elizabeth?"  Nikolas asks cautiously.  Elizabeth turns her head and looks at
Nikolas like she's never seen him before.  Nikolas doesn't know what to do.
"Elizabeth why don't we move a way from here?" Nikolas holds out his hand to
her.  Elizabeth looks at it and takes it.  She allows Nikolas to lead her to
Lucky not saying anything.
 

Note:  I am not a doctor, and have no knowledge of medicine.  So please bear
with me.
 Chapter 3

Liz, Laura, Amy, Luke, Emily, Nikolas, and most of Port Charles with Stefan
Cassadine standing discreetly in the back ground wait anxiously for news of
Lucky.  After Lucky was transported off the island he went immediately into
surgery.  He had massive internal injuries, a broken leg, a possible broken
back, and severe head trauma.  It does not look good.  He had been in surgery
for over four hours with no news.
Bobby walks out of the elevator and over to her family.  Luke and Laura run up
to her quickly to find out how their son is.
"Barbara Jean how is he?" Luke asks.
"Luke it doesn't look good.  The surgery went well, but he's lost so much
blood.  All we can do now is wait.  The doctor will be out soon to tell you
more.  I am sorry I can't tell you more."
"Can we see him."
"Not yet.  He's being moved into ICU."
Luke and Laura just stand there holding on to each other not really believing
what is happening.  Stefan just stands there silently hoping that Lucky will
make it.  He hopes against hope that it is not too late to get to know his
son.
Bobby goes over to where Liz is sitting just staring off in space.

In ICU
"Well Lucky you walked into an unfortunate situation.  It was supposed to be
Stefan not you that was hurt.  But this can work to my advantage as well. What
better way than to get back at Luke than let him believe that his son is
dead."
Helena walks over to a IV that is in Lucky's hand and puts a drug into his IV.

As Laura and Luke walk to ICU to see their son they see nurses and doctors run
into his room
He's flat lined.  The doctors try unsuccessfully to revive him.  After several
attempts they declare Lucky Spencer dead.

Bobby walks out of ICU with tears rolling down her face.  She walks silently
over to the waiting group.  As Laura and Luke get a good look at Bobby they
realize that their son is dead.  Laura starts to sob uncontrollably and Luke
pulls her into a hug as tears roll down her face.  Stefan silently walks away
with tears in his eyes for the son he never knew.
"No…no…your lying." Liz walks up to Bobby screaming.  "He's not dead…. He
can't be dead."
"Liz I am sorry." Bobby says trying to comfort her.
"No!  Get away from me all of you.  He can't be dead.  He saved me.  What am I
going to do with out him?" Liz falls onto her knees sobbing.
Everyone watches her silently as the tears fall from their faces.  A nurse
comes up to Liz and gives her a sedative.

Chapter 4
 

A week later…
Emily is sitting alone in the park trying to think about anything but Lucky.
It's been a week and she still feels just as lost as she did when she first
heard.  She keeps thinking about the good times they had before the Cassadines
came to town, and how Lucky and her stopped hanging out so much.  She regrets
the fact that she did not fight harder for their friendship.
Nikolas was walking through the park when he spotted Emily sitting by herself.
"Hi Emily."  Nikolas says softly.
"Hey Nikolas.  How are you?"
"Ok, and you?"
"Ok I guess, I was just sitting here thinking."
"About Lucky?"
"Yeah.  I can't believe he's gone.  I mean we weren't even that close, but I
still feel like I lost a part of me."
"I know what you mean.  I don't think Lucky and I had a civilized conversation
with each other that didn't end in insulting each other."
"I guess as much as you two may have denied he was your brother."
"I know.  You two were best friends once right?"
"Yeah we were.  He helped me deal with my mother dying.  We even ran away
together once."  Emily smiles at the memory.
"Why?"
"Well I didn't want to live with the Quartermaines so we went searching for my
mother's younger sister Corrine.  His parents were fighting at the time so he
used it at a chance to try to get his parents to work together to find us."
"Did it work?"
"Well I didn't find my aunt, but his parents did work things out."
"Were they mad?"
"Actually they were kind of proud of us.  See they didn't find us until we had
already made it home and were waiting in his living room."
"It sounds like fun.  Lucky definitely had more adventures growing up than I
did."
"It was for the most part.  Lucky was really hurt that his parents were
fighting.  He hated it.  His mom had kicked his dad out of the house, but they
got back together.  Growing up he didn't make a lot of friends, because they
were always moving.  So he always relied on his parents."
"That explains why he hated me.  I was a lie that his mom kept from him and
his dad.  I don't think he really ever forgave Laura for that."
"I don't think he really hated you.  I just don't think he trusted you."

Liz was lying on her bed crying softly.  She couldn't seem to think about
Lucky with out tears in her eyes.  Sarah walked into her room unnoticed by
Liz.
"Liz?"
"Oh hi Sarah." Liz says hurriedly as she wipes her eyes with the back of her
hands.
"Do you want to talk?"
"I don't know what to do.  I feel like my other half is missing.  Isn't that
silly, I mean we weren't even going out or anything."
"Come on Liz.  It's not silly.  You guys were inseparable since February.  You
may not have been going out or anything like that, but it was obvious how much
you two cared about each other."
"I don't know what I am going to do with out him.  He always made me feel
better, and he never made me feel like I was wrong to feel the way I do.  He
made me feel like he needed me as much as I needed him.  Even though, I knew
that he could run off with out me and be fine."  The tears start to fall
freely now as Sarah wraps Liz into a hug.
"Shhh….Liz it will be ok."
"No it won't Sarah.  Nothing will ever be ok again."
"Don't you see Sarah.  If it hadn't been for me Lucky would have never been at
that party.  I wanted to go there."
"Liz it's not your fault.  It was an accident.  Lucky loved the excitement,
and what better way to get excitement than sneak into Wyndemere during a
ball."
"You don't understand.  It's all my fault."  Liz dissolves into sobs.  Sarah
doesn't know what to say so she just holds her.
In an abandoned part of Mercy Hospital.
"Dr. Jones, how good of you to join me.  It's time for you to pay your debt to
me.  I've had a doctor of mine check him out, but I need your expertise as a
neurosurgeon to make sure that my patient will be ok."
"And if I refuse."
"That's just say I won't be to happy."
"Where is this patient of yours, Helena."
"Right this way."
"Oh my god.  He's alive."
"Yes, now I want to know if he's going to be ok.   I warn you if you tell
anyone that he is alive I will have Lucas and Micheal killed."
"I'll check him out immediately."
"Good.  I want to take him to Greece as soon as possible."
 
Chapter 5

Tony Jones walks out of Lucky's room after checking on him.  He looked at his
x-rays that Helena had stolen from GH.
"Well?" Helena asked impatiently.
"The swelling in his head has gone down.  He should be waking up as soon as
the swelling is completely gone.  When he wakes up he most likely will be
paralyzed.  However, he will be able to walk again the condition is only
temporary."
"When can he be moved?"
"In about a week, and when you do move him make sure that he is immobilized."
"I'll have my doctors take care of it.  Thank you, Dr. Jones.  Remember what I
told you.  Keep quiet and Lucas and Micheal live."

Luke stares at the bottle of whiskey in his hand.
"Luke please come home with me.  I need you at home." Laura says as she walks
over to her husband.
"I can't."
"Why not? He's not coming back Luke.  I want him to more than anything, but
he's gone."  Tears fall silently down her face.
"He died hating me.  My own son hated me."
"He didn't hate you Luke.  He was hurt and angry, but he did love you."
"I wish I could believe that."
"Then believe it.  Come home with me please."  Luke looked up into his angel's
eyes and knew he had to go with her.

"Barbara can I see you for a minute?"
"Sure Stefan.  What can I do for you?"
"Come with me to my office please."  Bobbie and Stefan walk to his office in
silence.
"Barbara, I just wanted to say I am sorry about Lucky's death."  Bobbie looked
up at Stefan startled that he sounded completely sincere.  Stefan never
pretended to care anything about Lucky.
"Thank you."
"You look surprised."
"Well we haven't been on the best of terms lately and I am surprised."
"I just wanted to say that I am sorry.  I feel responsible for his death.  If
my security was better, or I had checked the parapet to make sure that it was
secure.  It would never of happened."
"It's not your fault.  It was a tragic accident."  Bobby looked up at Stefan
with tears in her eyes.  Lucky's death brought to many memories back from BJ's
death.  When she looked up at Stefan she was surprised to see tears in his own
eyes.
"Stefan I can not believe you are upset at his death.  I thought you hated
everything Spencer."
"Barbara I am not so cold.  He was 15 years old, and he did not deserve to
die.  I care more than you think."  With that Stefan turns and walks away.
 

Chapter 6

Two weeks later in Greece

It's been a week since Lucky and Helena had gone to Greece.  Lucky had still
not woken up.  Dr. Jones had given Lucky an ok to fly, and the doctors that
Helena had said that it is just a matter of time before Lucky wakes up.
Helena was watching over Lucky waiting for him to wake up.  She wanted to gain
his trust, but knew that would be near to impossible with out help.  Out of
the corner of her eye she noticed some movement from the bed.  Lucky had made
a fist with his hand.
"Lucas?"
"Huh…."
"Lucas wake up."
Lucky opened his eyes and saw an elderly woman watching over him.
"Who are you?"  He doesn't remember me.  Interesting… She doesn't answer right
away.
"Where am I?  Who am I?"  He doesn't remember anything, very good she said
smiling.
"Relax Lucas.  It's ok.  I am Helena Cassadine, and I am your grandmother.
You are Lucas Cassadine."  Lucky accepted this.  He had no reason not to.  He
doesn't remember anything.  Helena uses that fact to her advantage.  The
doctors had told her that there would be a chance that he may lose his memory
temporarily. They suggested that the more contact he has with people and
things that were once familiar to him he would gain his memory back quicker.
Therefore, Helena decided to change history on Lucky in hopes that he would
believe her and not gain his memory.  Things could not have worked out better
for her.
"I can't feel my legs.  What happened to me?"  Lucky said in a panicked voice.
"Shh.  Lucas it's ok.  You were riding your horse and tried to jump the fence
when the horse balked and you hit the fence and then bounced back.  Your leg
is broken.  And the extra pressure on your back is making you paralyzed,
temporarily.  The doctors assured me that you will be able to walk again."
"Where are my parents?"  Lucky thought that they would be here even though he
couldn't put a face or name to them, but nothing is familiar to him so he
could be mistaken about that too.
"They are not here Lucas, I am sorry."
"Where are they?"
Time for more lies Helena thought.  "Your father Stefan Cassadine is in Port
Charles, NY with your half-brother, his nephew, Nikolas Cassadine.  Nikolas is
the son of my eldest child Stavaros and thus is the heir to the Cassadine
title and fortune.  He decided to take Nikolas to meet your mother and leave
you here.  Stefan has rarely given you a second thought.  He was responsible
for Nikolas since his father died.  Stefan is a very greedy man who only cares
about controlling the heir.  Which Nikolas is."
"And my mother."
"She left you on the island when you were a year old to live with her husband
Luke.  She is now living in Port Charles also with her husband.  She has
forgotten all about you also.  She has her precious Nikolas, and to her you
were just second best.  She also had a daughter with her husband.  You've been
living here on this Greek isle with me since."
Lucky turned his head to the side and stared at the wall.  Helena got up and
walked to the door.
"Lucas your parents know what happened to you, but they decided not to come.
I am going to tell the doctors that you are awake."
When Helena had closed the door Lucky allowed the tears to fall.  'What was so
wrong with me that my parents decided that I wasn't fit to lick Nikolas's
shoes?'

Chapter 7

        It has been 2 years since Lucky Spencer had 'died'.  Life in Port Charles
went on as life has a way of doing.  Elizabeth Webber never really got over
Lucky.  She has gotten past her rape, and she does go out with guys, but no
one has captured her heart.  Elizabeth has become really good friends with
Nikolas and Emily.  Nikolas and Emily have been dating for over a year, and
are very happy together.
        Stefan and Bobbie have been married for over a year.  Bobbie saw a new side
to Stefan after Lucky's death.  Despite the fact that they both tried to avoid
the fact that they were meant to be, they finally gave in.  Bobbie, however,
was unaware that Lucky was Stefan's son.  Luke never got over Lucky's death,
and vowed revenge on Helena.  He never believed that Stefan had done it.
Stefan was not stupid enough to kill Lucky, especially not at Wyndemere.  That
did not mean that he was happy about Bobbie marrying Stefan.  Laura never told
Luke that Stefan was Lucky's biological father.
        During the two years that Lucky has lived with Helena, Lucky has yet to
regain his memory.  Helena continues to feed him lies about his life.  He
believes that he is Stefan son, which he is, but Helena thinks Luke is.  Lucky
for the most part trusts Helena.  She was there when his parents were not.
When he struggled to get the use of his legs back.  When he was close to
giving up she encouraged him.  Lucky however could not stop the curiosity he
had about his family in Port Charles.

Lucky was dreaming. He has been having the same dream for over a week.  Images
and faces keep flashing in his mind.  Images of a girl about 2 in a hospital
bed, a 15 year old girl laughing, and a dog barking, all of them familiar to
Lucky, but he didn't' know why.  If he had never been off the island why does
he have memories of people he had never met?  He knew one thing though the
answers to his question were to be found in Port Charles.
 
        Lucky walked into Helena's study nervously.  He didn't know how he would
react to what he was about to ask her.
"Grandmother?"
"Yes, Lucas."
"I want to go to Port Charles."

Chapter 8

"I want to go to Port Charles."  Lucky repeated as he looked at Helena.
"Why on earth would you want to do that?"
"I want to know my family, and I want to know why I was never good enough for
them."
"Lucas, you have everything you could possibly want here."
"Everything but a life.  I am sick of this island I need more in my life.  I
am 18 and as far as I can remember I have never been off this island."
"So this is how you repay me.  I have loved and taken care of you-your whole
life, and now you want to leave?" Helena was impressed with how she could
always lie to Lucky without missing a beat.  Truth was she was beginning to
think of him as her grandson.
"Grandmother for the two years that I can remember you have been the only
family I have had.  You helped me when my mother and father turned their backs
on me.  But I need to face them."
"Alright Lucas we will go to Port Charles." Well it will be interesting Helena
thought to herself.

Elizabeth Webber was standing at the docks looking at Wyndemere.  She could
not look at that place with out thinking about Lucky.  She would think about
their dance before hand and how sweet and understanding he was, and she would
smile.  But then she would think about him dying, and she could still
visualize him falling.
"Elizabeth?"
Liz was startled out of her memories.
"Hi Nikolas."
"What are you doing out at this time of night."
"Just thinking.  Some nights I just can't fall to sleep, and I start walking
and I end up here."
"Elizabeth I know you miss him, but it's been two years it's time to let him
go."
"Nikolas, I know, but I can't.  He's still with me in my heart, and I can't
let him go.  I keep thinking that our story isn't over yet."
"Elizabeth I am sorry, but he's not coming back."
"Nikolas I know, I just miss him."

Chapter 9

One week later the two year anniversary of Lucky's death.
Lucky and Helena have arrived in Port Charles two days ago.  Lucky could not
believe the change that has come over Helena.  He has been treated as a
prisoner since the have arrived in Port Charles.  Despite his protests Helena
would not let him leave the yacht.  Helena had told him that she wanted to
make a surprise appearance to his family, and introduce him.  Lucky was
anxious to meet his family.  He didn't even know what they looked like.
Although, his dreams have become more vivid he still couldn't place names with
the faces.  Right now Helena was off doing what ever.  She wouldn't tell him.
So Lucky was waiting patiently for her return.  In about 15 more minutes Lucky
was going to leave on his own.  Lucky was in his room when he hears a noise.
He cautiously peers out and sees a man looking around.  Lucky couldn't place
the name, but he looked familiar.  Lucky hides behind the door of his room, as
the man is about to walk into it.
"Luke darling, long time no see."  Helena is relieved that she stopped him
from looking in.  She prays that Lucky has not been seen.
"Helena where have you been these past two years.  I've missed you."
"Luke I'm disappointed in you I thought you always knew where I was."  'Luke
could this be my mother's husband.'
Luke pulls a dagger on Helena and points it at her throat.  "I know you are
responsible for my son's death, and you will die, slowly and painfully.  You
won't know when or how, but you will die.  And I will enjoy it immensely."
Helena looks at Luke with disguised shock.  She had thought that Luke would
have blamed Stefan.
"Come now Luke, you have been threatening that for years.  I am beginning to
think you don't mean it."
"Oh I mean it.  Watch out." With that Luke leaves the yacht.  Careful that
there might be listening devices around she doesn't call out for Lucky.  She
goes into his room, and notices he's not there.  She searches the whole yacht
and no trace of Lucky.  "You better be back soon, or there will be hell to pay
Lucas." Helena thinks to herself.
Lucky had taken the opportunity to leave undetected.  "Helena killed Luke's
son.  That wasn't possible she was on the island with me.  Wasn't she?" Lucky
thought.  His doubts about what Helena had been telling him were doubling.
The more he looks around Port Charles the more that looks familiar.  Lucky was
walking around lost in thought.  He needed answers and had no idea whom to go
to for help.  For the past two years all he has known is Helena.  Lucky was
walking and found his way somehow to the park.  There he found a girl around
his age crying softly.  "Hello?  Are you ok?"
The girl looks up startled at the familiar voice, and into   "Lucky?"

Chapter 10

  Nikolas was walking to Liz's house.  Thinking that she might need someone to
talk to.  Two years ago Lucky had died at Wyndemere.  He and Stefan were aware
that Helena was back in town so he was on his guard, but surprisingly Helena
had not stopped by to see him.  Which he was happy about, but it still
surprised him.  She must know that they were aware of her return.  Nikolas was
cutting through the park and saw Liz and another guy at the bench in the park.
He heard her say "Lucky?"  Nikolas runs up to Elizabeth.
"Elizabeth are you ok?" He asks worriedly.  Elizabeth just stands there in
silence.  Nikolas looks at the other guy and is startled by how much he looks
like Lucky.
"Lucky?" Elizabeth stares at him and immediately gives him a hug.  "Lucky you
are alive.  Where have you been?"  Elizabeth finally realizes that Lucky has
not returned her hug.  Lucky is completely confused by what's going on here.
They seem to know him, and Elizabeth looks familiar.
"I am sorry I don't know who your talking about.  My name is Lucas Cassadine,
and I have never met you before."
"Lucas Cassadine?  You have to be kidding me.  My name is Nikolas Cassadine,
and as far as I know there isn't a Lucas Cassadine.  Your name is Lucky
Spencer."  Lucky looked at Nikolas in shock.
"Nikolas Cassadine?  My brother, Helena told me that you were living with my
father Stefan and that our mother Laura was married to Luke."
"Nikolas, he has to be Lucky, but he doesn't seem to remember us, and Stefan
Cassadine is not his father." Elizabeth whispered to Nikolas.  "Lucky listen
to me.  Stefan is not your father Luke Spencer is."
"You're lying.  Why? Are you afraid that Stefan would actually want to get to
know me?" Nikolas is shocked by what he is saying.
"Answer this question.  Where have you been for the last two years?"
"In Greece with my Grandmother."
"Your Grandmother. Leslie?" Nikolas asks not wanting to hear the answer.
"Helena Cassadine.  Look two years ago I woke up in Greece.  I did not
remember anything, not even my name.  I was told that Laura was married to
Luke Spencer that she had abandoned me shortly after my birth.  And that my
father left the island with my half brother, because he didn't care about me.
All he cared about was the heir to the throne. You."
Nikolas was still in shock it was like their roles were reversed.
"Lucky."
"Lucas."  He corrected.
"Lucas, your parents didn't abandon you. Luke is your father.  Two years ago
you fell from the parapet at my home in Wyndemere.  Everyone thought you were
dead.  Helena must have kidnapped you."
"Lucas, he's not lying I was there when you fell.  You were helping me forget
about getting raped.  So we crashed the party.  We were sneaking around
Wyndemere until we found the parapet.  Then you leaned against it and fell."
Liz was crying silently now as she remembers that day.  She is so happy that
he's alive, but hate the fact that he doesn't remember her.
"Why would Helena kidnap me.  When I woke up I couldn't walk.  She helped me
when no one else cared."
"Lucky, listen to me.  She lied to you." Elizabeth silently pleads to him.  He
looks into her eyes and realized why she was so familiar to him.  "You are the
girl from my dreams.  Lately I have been having these strange dreams that are
vivid.  You were in every single one of them."
"Lucky that means your memory is coming back.  I have an idea.  Will you trust
me?"  Nikolas asks hopefully.  After two years Nikolas has been given back
what he has wanted for a while.  The chance to be brothers.
Lucky is so confused.  He looks into Elizabeth's eyes and knows she is telling
the truth.  "All right Nikolas, just make me one promise."
"Anything."
"Don't tell my parents who ever they are that I am back."
 

Chapter 11

        Nikolas was taking Lucky and Elizabeth to see Dr. Kevin Collins at his
lighthouse.  He was hoping that he would be able to help get Lucky's memory
back.  In a million years he would never have thought that Lucky would ever
call himself Lucas Cassadine.  Nikolas wanted to wring his grandmother's neck
for what she did.
        Elizabeth was happy that Lucky was alive.  She could not get over how good he
looked.  He was taller and he was no longer the skinny 16-year-old.  His blue
eyes still pierced through her.  She hoped that his memory would return.
These two years with out him in her life were lonely.  Despite the fact that
she had become close to Emily and Nikolas they could not replace Lucky in her
life.
        Lucky was extremely confused.  Everything Nikolas and Elizabeth were saying
rang of truth.  However, it contradicted everything Helena had told him.  He
had no idea what to think.  He also had no idea where they were going.
        "Nikolas where are we going?"
"We're going to Dr. Collins he's a psychiatrist.  Hopefully, he will help you
to get your memory back."
"How?"
"I don't know, but it can't hurt to try."
"Ok."  Lucky was skeptical, but he had too many questions.  Hopefully this
doctor will help.
They arrive at the lighthouse minutes later.
Dr. Collins answers the door and lets them in.
"Nikolas what can I do for you."
"I was hoping you could help my brother." He says looking at Lucky.  Kevin
takes a closer look at Lucky and recognition dawns on him.
"Lucky?"
"So they say.  But then I don't really know.  You see I can't remember
anything from earlier than two years ago."
"When you fell off the parapet."
"Right.  I woke up two years earlier in Greece with absolutely no memory of
who I was.  However, I have been having dreams that contradict what my
grandmother has been telling me, or should I say Helena Cassadine."
"Helena Cassadine kidnapped you."
"Yeah, you see that's why we're here.  We were hoping there was a way that you
could help him to get his memory back."  Nikolas adds.
"Lucy's not here right now so I can try to hypnotize you."
"Ok.  Do whatever you have to do, because I need to know who's lying to me and
who's not."
Kevin nods and motions for Lucky to follow him.
"Make yourselves comfortable."  He says as they leave.  Nikolas and Elizabeth
sit on the couch.
"I hope this works, because that wasn't Lucky."
"I know, to hear him say that stuff it was like hearing myself speak.  Helena
has really messed with his mind."  Nikolas replied.
"I am just glad he's alive."

Chapter 12

Lucky and Kevin were in the other room.  Lucky was already under hypnosis.
"Ok Lucky tell me about one of the dreams you have had."
"We're at this dark mansion looking in on a party.  She is telling me how she
wishes she were with them."
"Who is she Lucky?"
"I don't know, I ask her dance and after hesitating she says she wants to."
Lucky pauses as if he were collecting her thoughts.  "We're done dancing.  Her
name is Elizabeth.  I remember."
"Good Lucky, I am going to bring you further back now." Kevin is saying, but
Lucky is in his own world images are swirling in his head.  "I remember being
in the hospital.  My sister-I have a sister, Lulu, needed a bone marrow
transplant.  I remember meeting Nikolas, my brother."  The images keep
swirling in his head.  He remembers his father.  "My father Luke Spencer has a
night club, Nikolas was shot there."  "Luke Spencer is my father." More images
keep appearing.  "I remember running away with Emily.  My parents were
fighting; she couldn't stand the Quartermaines.  So we ran."  Lucky slowly
remembers everything why he was at Wyndemere, the fact that he was mad at his
father.  He remembers everything.  "I remember."
Kevin watches amazed at how everything is slowly coming back to him.  "Ok
Lucky, I am going to wake you up now.  I am going to count back from ten to
one when you here me snap my fingers you will wake up and remember
everything." He hoped.  "10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 snap."  Lucky's eyes opened.
"Helena lied to me."
"I'm sorry Lucky."
"Dr. Collins, don't tell anyone that we were here.  My parents will know soon
enough.  Thank you."
"I won't tell anyone.  But Lucky take it easy, everything is coming back to
you, and you may not remember everything ok?"
Lucky nods and runs out into the living room and out of the lighthouse
startling Nikolas and Elizabeth.  Elizabeth runs after him.  Nikolas looks at
Kevin.  "What happened?"
"He remembered, and just found out that he had been lied to for the last two
years."
"Thank you."  Nikolas goes after Lucky and Elizabeth.
 

Chapter 13

        Elizabeth found Lucky about 100yds away from the lighthouse staring out into
nothing.  He looked lost and confused.
"Lucky?" Lucky does not turn around at the sound of her voice, but starts
speaking.  "For two years I thought my name was Lucas Cassadine.  I had no
reason not to.  When I woke up I remembered nothing.  I was an open book and
she used that against me.  She used the fact that I was practically helpless
to make me need and trust her." Lucky still doesn't look at her.  Elizabeth
put her hand on his shoulder.
"I am sorry Lucky.  I am so happy that you are alive.  When they told us you
had died it felt like my heart was being ripped out."
"Elizabeth I'm sorry I didn't remember."  Lucky says turning around.
"It's not your fault.  I am just happy you are here."  Elizabeth gives Lucky a
hug and they both hold on for dear life.  "Your parents are going to be so
happy Lucky."  Lucky winces when she mentions his parents.  He remembers the
way he had treated his father.  He pulls back and looks at Elizabeth.
"My father must have hated me."
"No, Lucky he loved you, and still does.  It almost killed him when he thought
you were dead." Lucky thinks back to what he had just witnessed on the yacht,
and the pain that was still in his father's eyes.
"I know Elizabeth."  Tears were falling from both their eyes.
Nikolas arrives and looks at Elizabeth and Lucky.  "What are you going to do
now?" Lucky is startled by the sound of Nikolas's voice.
"Go back to the yacht."
"Lucky, what about your parents?" Elizabeth asks.
"Look Helena wanted me to trust her, which I did, for some reason.  I need to
know why.  I am pretty sure that she will make my presence known.  I need you
to keep quiet that I am back.  Helena has to pay, but I can't have my father
knowing yet.  He will act first and think later."
"Alright, Lucky we'll wait to see what you do.  I have to tell you that I am
glad you're alive.  I don't want us to go back to the way we were.  Can we go
on from here."  Lucky looks at Nikolas, and remembers both before and after
the accident.  How he had hated Nikolas for the wrong reasons, at first
because he was a secret, and later because he was the chosen one.  "I would
like that."  Nikolas smiles in response.
."Before you go there are a few things that I have to tell you.  Jason and
Caroline are married and have another child a daughter, Jennifer.  Bobbie and
Stefan are married, and Emily and I are going out."
"I am happy for you two.  I have to go. Hell-ana is waiting.  Remember don't
tell anyone."  Lucky walks back to the yacht where Helena is waiting for his
return.
